We train athletes of all sports and the general public to help achieve the needs and goals of each individual. We have a state-of-the-art facility with professional coaching. All our programs are scientifically designed and individually customized.
Ozzie’s Performance Enhancement Program Our program begins with a pre-test including: body composition, flexibility, power, agility, balance, strength, anaerobic capacity, and resting metabolic rate. Our workouts are based on pre-test results, goals, sport, and position of each athlete. Our workouts may include training for balance, power, strength, core stability, conditioning, flexibility, quickness, and agility. The number of workouts depends upon the age of the athlete. Of course, nutrition is a large part of every athlete’s workout program. We will set up each athlete on their own nutritional program (Body Gem) to meet the needs and goals of that athlete. We then conclude our sessions with a post-test to record the improvements of the athlete.

Rehabilitation: $25 / session We are also performing rehabilitation on athletes once they are cleared by their doctor to train with us. We have experience with shoulders, knees, hips, back, groin strains, hernias, and severe muscle sprains. (Insurance does not cover) (# of sessions to be determined)
